  • Give yourself adequate time to get shoes laced before practice.  Practice will start on time.
  • Before entering the wrestling mat all wrestlers will sanitize hands and apply a skin defense product called Pure&Clean Defense provided by Club on bare skin areas (legs and arms).
  • What to bring: water bottle, t-shirt and shorts with no zippers and clean running shoes.  Wrestling shoes and head gear are recommended but not required.
  • Coaches will sanitize mats before each practice.

AFTER PRACTICE PROCEDURE
